Access to the Southern Expressway is via the Beliatta Junction and is, also, around 15 minutes by car.
We like the location for its quiet, private feel but being close to Hiriketiya, Dickwella and the attractions of those locations as needed. -
This is a quiet section of an already relatively quiet beach, though some - seemingly private residential - development is happening quite close by.
Immediately neighbouring the plot is a small boutique hotel and a few other village houses.
