Villa finances summary
As we are regularly asked for an indication of income and costs from potential villa buyers we have created this form to try and simplify and standardise a process for sharing that information.
The numbers are only meant to be indicative but please give as accurate a picture of the current position as possible. If you think there’s strong scope to increase occupancy with more marketing, for example, please reference that in a relevant Notes section.
We do know, of course, that not all villas are really pushed for profit! And we can make relevant points, on this front, to any potential buyers. Some buyers will have a very commercial outlook, others won’t - but even the latter will probably want to know what the staff costs each month are likely to be.
As per the last question, it is up to you if we share this information directly, or only with your approval on request.
