Location
Habaraduwa sits about 20 minutes drive east of Galle on a stretch ever popular with tourists, even as things develop further down the coast. The big golden beach though remains relatively quiet - most development in this area as boutique hotels or private villas.
The highway is easily accessibly from the Galle junction and so journey times to Colombo and the International Airport are a little under two hours.
Rental Opportunity
The villa has rented well and has a very loyal and long-standing team in place to continue that operation should new owners choose. Rates vary through the year but reach a little under $1,000 a night in peak (Christmas/New Year) periods.
